Refund Policy

We are confident that you are satisfied with the service and the products we promise you all. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, please return it in its original return condition to exchange it for another item or get 100% compensation for the original product price. Our top priority is customer satisfaction! If you think the results you received are not 100% satisfactory, please contact us directly. In the My Account section, you can request a return. General instructions are provided on how to return items.

Return shipping costs: The buyer pays the return shipping costs. We are not accountable for orders that have not reached our warehouse, so we recommend that you use the insured shipping method.

Unused Items: All items exchanged must be fresh and unused. Products purchased with coupons or customs codes cannot be returned.

Related Photos: Damage expired, more product photos are requested to keep with you for further usage, but depending on the actual situation, it may not be necessary to return the developed product.

Refund

Refunds are processed immediately. If you use a new order, your account will show the refund amount in your account, and a store credit will be issued, and you can use that for future purchases. Our Quality, Returns, and Refunds team is responsible for approving and returning all return orders. Typically, refunds are processed within 24-48 hours. Please note that it may need two to three days for financial institutions to increase your account's refund limit. If you pay by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, you can process your refund through NEFT or any other online money transfer app listed on our website. We'll email account information to you to register a consistent and clear full refund. The average refund deadline is seven days maximum.

Order cancellation

Please contact us if the item you ordered has not been shipped or is not in the warehouse. It will be canceled immediately. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped from the shipping center. In order to be quickly delivered to our customers, most of the orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of your request on our website.
